FUNCTION
The Ideal candidate shall occupy this position in the Company to Head the Overall Administration of Corporate Quality Control activities covering contractual scope of work.
QUALIFICATION
Must be a B. S Degree holder in Engineering/ Management or related discipline;
Must have Fifteen (15) years direct experience in Quality Assurance System. Ten (10) years of which must be managing Quality System of work related to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical plants, infrastructure & communication;
Must have knowledge and training in the ISO 9001:2008 Series international standards of equivalent Quality Assurance manager;
He shall be able to exercise judgment against the criteria of standards;
He can implement audit planning, preparation and actual auditing as programmed and in accordance with the Company’s Internal Quality Auditor procedure;
Must have excellent ability to write technical and management systems reports to the management of GCC;
Must have a strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills;
Must have a ability to think creatively and find solutions often under tight timeless and stressful conditions;
Can define a network of procedure and documentation for every step required;
Must have the ability to monitor and advised on the performance of the quality management system and produces date and report on performance against set criteria;
Must have the ability to advice the Organization on changes and their implantation and provides training. Tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality;
Can organize different disciplines and driving the group to plan formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedure.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In the development and preparation of Project QA Program which addresses the QA Management System to be adopted in accordance with ISO9001:2008 Quality System prior to commencement of the project;
Responsible for the issuance implementation and control of Company’s Quality Manual and Operating procedures;
Sees to it that the company Quality Policy statement is properly disseminated understood and applied its implementations by among the project personnel;
Prepares Internal Quality Audit program for each calendar year and organize Audit team for its implementation at the project level;
Participate Management review Meetings as the Management formal forum of discussions in presenting and seeking resolution/ corrective actions to the reported and outstanding Non-compliance reports and customer complaints of the project;
Provides technical assistance to the Project task force in the preparation of the Project Quality Plan and its updating;
Provide technical assistance in organizing a suitable Project QA/QC;
Team for newly awarded contract projects;
Provide other technical assistance to the top management in preparation of other relevant project documents;
Provide technical assistance to in-house manpower training and development program in collaboration with the HRD.
