JOB PROFILE
The new employee will not only provide Project Management and technical input to our PV and CSP project work (Lenders due diligence and Owners engineering) but in addition will have the primary responsibility for driving the solar business forward in their role as ‘Solar Business Leader’.
JOB DESCRIPTION
To take a prominent role in the delivery of the Solar Team’s technical advisory work;
To Project Manage solar and other renewables projects;
Leading the formulation of and implementation of the Solar business plan;
Identify and implement a proactive ‘winning work’ strategy;
Be a focal point for Solar business development (managing bids, liaising with clients etc.);
Maintain and develop marketing and promotional material;
To promote technical and professional excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage business development for the solar team;
To manage project teams;
To follow solar market developments.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Essential academic, professional qualifications and experience:
Engineering degree;
Experience in Solar PV and CSP technologies;
Experience in Lenders / Owners project work;
Strong project management experience;
Strong business development track record.
